“Chorostasi” revived in Arnea, Halkidiki

People of all ages wore their traditional costumes and honored tradition.

The revival of the traditional custom of “Chorostasi” took place with great emotion and joy on Sunday morning in Arnea, in an event full of colors, sounds and emotions. Young and old dancers joined in a large circle, giving life to the dances and songs of tradition, just as their ancestors did.

Children, young people and people of all ages wore their traditional costumes and danced with authenticity, enthusiasm and respect, keeping the memory and cultural heritage of the place alive.
