The president of the ΕΧ on SAEK Polygyros

“The closure of SAEK Polygyros raises reasonable concerns about the future of vocational education in our country”, points out the president of the Association of Hotels of Chalkidiki, Grigoris Tasios, on the occasion of the uproar that has arisen in the capital of the prefecture regarding this specific training structure.

“SAEK, as a post-secondary school, enables students of all ages to acquire knowledge and skills in many specialties, beyond tourism. It is an institution that supports society and strengthens the economic life of Chalkidiki”, he emphasizes.

“As the President of the Association of Hoteliers of Chalkidiki and an active citizen of the Prefecture, I believe that it is time to find ways to cooperatively, with composure and planning, to keep the youth close to us. So that our cities and villages stay alive”, concludes Mr. Tasios.
