Halkidiki: Coast Koviou – The beach with white sand and turquoise waters (drone video)

Koviou Beach is one of the most beautiful and perhaps lesser-known beaches. It is located in a lush green area between Kalogria and Agios Ioannis in Sithonia, Halkidiki. The waters at Koviou Beach are turquoise, without many stones and the sand is fine, ideal for endless hours of relaxation, playing and sunbathing.

It is small but truly wonderful, ideal for families. Children will love its soft, white sand and its shallow warm waters. It has all the amenities and facilities necessary for visitors and is perfect for snorkeling.

From Koviou you can enjoy a wonderful sunset in the late afternoon. Then, the water is even warmer, the people are fewer and the sky has amazing colors.

If you want to visit it, you have to go very early in the morning because the car parking area is small and we found that by 11pm it was full.
